Polo was and is patronized with great joy by kings, princesses and warriors who showcase their courage, endurance and power through this ancient exhibition of valor. On October 17th, you can experience the majesty of this incredible sport at the immaculate grounds of Rose Hill Plantation in Bluffton, South Carolina.
Men and women in uniform. Military, police, fire, and EMT, all serving unselfishly, putting their lives on the line every day. Defending our freedom, protecting us from harm, saving lives while risking their own.
Our Foundations have been supporting Lowcountry Service men and women, veterans, and their families for nearly 10 years. We are dedicated to help provide the special needs for many of these brave heroes and their families.
Charity Polo has been a Lowcountry tradition for over 20 years. Formerly sponsored by the Rotary Club of Okatie-Bluffton the event is now jointly sponsored by the Lowcountry Foundation for Wounded Military Heroes (LFWMH) and the 200 Club of the Coastal Empire. Both charitable organizations serving the Lowcountry community and those who sacrificed fighting for our safety, our freedoms and our way of life.
We are focused on making a positive difference for heroes in the Lowcountry community. Net proceeds from the event will be benefiting injured members and their families -- military veterans, firefighters, law enforcement officers injured in the line of duty.
